Nah, we need Trump and some over 70 yr olds are still very sharp as we can see, so I don't think we should have an age cap because individuals are different, and life expectancy keeps changing and w/better science some may be able to keep their coherency longer. I think we should lower the young age limit to 30 instead of 35 too. Some people mature faster than others, and I think 30 is a good enough number to have experienced enough of the world to possibly be an awesome leader. Just depends case by case.
