  1. how do you drink coffee on an empty stomach and not eat til 6 afters after? Even a small cup of coffee in the morning makes me jittery if i dont also eat food within an hour or 2 at most of drinking it.

  2. sounds like your wife etc are over feeding her and you need to put a stop to that asap! Im mad my mom didnt discipline me more when i was younger when it came to food and let me have whatever i wanted so now i still struggle and keep putting on weight. An 8 yr old should never be chubby as it shows the parents arent parenting right. too much food (probably lots of junk food or food with all these additives other countries dont allow) not enough outdoor play.
