Im pro vegan - being whole foods vegan specifically has been proven to prevent and reverse many chronic illnesses Americans bring onto themselves with the SAD (diet) and lifestyle choices most make - but I dont trust Bill Gates or any elitists who push for this while they dont usually practice all that they preach either. If he's vegan, good on him, but he could be doing a lot more to counter so called global warming than the way he currently lives and jets around the world everywhere. I distrust anything the super rich and powerful preach about but i wish more people would do nutrition research because many doctors and vegan nutritionists have proven how healthy the diet can be when done with the right knowledge of the nutrients you need consistently. We really do need to stop eating as much meat as Americans do as its not good for us or the environment in general. So keep an open and curious mind, people. You just dont NEED to eat these fake foods either meant to mimic meat as many are too processed and not really that much healthier for you. WHOLE FOODS is the key. LESS MEAT all around would serve everyone - and the animals - better. Especially seafood too. Overfishing is a real problem and nothing is found in fish that you cant find in plants as well, like flax seeds for omega 3s. Fish are contaminated as hell. Research for yourselves people. Dont take any one person's word on anything, but DO research.
