Rand Paul is right and shame on all others who call themselves conservatives but are ok with giving out billions of OUR money to other countries! and im on the fence about checks to Americans and have to lean towards no because it was unconstitutional in the first place to forcefully close any business in the U.S. as we have the right to trade and LIVE and if we werent forced to not work we wouldnt need the checks.
