I've tried and tried to get my mom to quit and she just won't. She always makes excuses. She doesn't want it bad enough. And now I'm dating a guy who smokes, but has been trying to quit on and off for years. I usually won't even date smokers, but I like him and it's hard to find anyone I like where I live, so I'm giving him a chance, but I don't want to deal w/their poor health or losing them early due to their bad health choices...
