  1. 21:53 I appreciate this guy but the even BETTER POINT to make is people need to CHANGE THEIR DIETS. It's been proven in many ways now that a whole foods VEGAN DIET is the best for everyone, and you can't develop clogged arteries or Diabetes type 2 if you follow that as those come from eating animal products, especially cheese/dairy, and processed foods. So let's really tackle the issue of health in this country and get doctors studied up on real nutrition education instead of the one class they take b/c their schools are bought out by pharma companies and they'd rather have docs pushing the pills that we actually DON'T NEED if we all just eat right and exercise! This country needs to really start thinking differently and focusing on mental and spiritual health as well to prevent chronic disease which is mostly preventable.
