  9. @Mr Frugal Historically facts never do well in translation. I would say respectfully that Sunak is a no, no. Truth to tell it would be foolish to take as a definite anything being said . Truss supposedly has said she will give out licenses to restart oil platforms. Not that it should ever have been stopped.
