  2. @ As it stands, Not to vote would have negative effect. Agree on changes to a certain extent. Starting Point should be, taking Vote of No Confidence, Away from HOC. It Should be transferred to the Voting public. Whilst freeing up 1 front bench to members of the public (with No ‘party affiliation) from all parts of society. It would take a lot of negotiations but could and should be done.
