  8. It depends. This "clean-up" was also a propaganda stunt, motivated by anti-Chinese agenda. Take note of Avelino's scripted replies about "watersports" --- Filipinos has no historical and traditional water sports. Take note too --- the foreigner Co-founder and absent of HK Chinese volunteers -- Were they not invited to participate?
