China (PRC and ROC) have the right to be there as well. As they're the first nation to claimed to the SCS as their own territory .

PCG along w/the commandeered civilian boats caused the collision and getting themselves showered . Also omitted by Philippine Gov-PCG-AFP MSM & NGO ...the "WPS" was only created around September 2012 ...when PRC already were the first to claimed, patrolled and occupied specific reefs/shoals in the SCS for years. Afterwards, the Philippines made the same claim too . China... both ROC's and PRC's claims in the SCS predates the idea/establishment of the EEZ .

  19.  @edlopez2427  Funny . First of all... Sovereignty isn't a "big issue" in regards to our WPS . For one thing... PRC isn't "blocking/harassing" our fishing folks to fish in the WPS. The confrontations are happening in the SCS ...where our EEZ overlaps with 6 other claimants . Our OFW resigning their jobs immediately is a joke and a bluff . Even DFA and OWWA aren't advising them to return or go find jobs in another country.
