  44. I should've expounded on Tai Chi Chuan -- it's less to do with combat technique and more on meditation and physical exercise. Kung Fu has several schools -- they're hand-to-hand Combat techniques are effective -- Wrestling and striking techniques. Wing Chun is actually a close-quarter hand-to-hand Combat technique.
