From This base Deveselu in Romania till Moscow are over 1600 kms and those missiles can fly only 700 km . But still the russians are bitching even they know this shield has nothing to do with them ! PS : Romania is closer to Germany than is to Russia , why is not Germany bitching too ?:)))
