  1. These studies are kind a bullshit because we are not all the same race living in the same small village with the same characteristics ! For some people eating lots of meat is perfectly healthy ( because their ancestors lived for hundreds of thousands of years eating just meat and ofcourse the natural selection kept only the ones that did not give a rat about eating it. For other people more than sure some meat types are unhealthy just because the same . because their ancestors lived on a legumes, fruit diet . This ''global communism '' thinking like we all are clones and that ''all races '' are the same , we all eat the same/ have the same needs ,have the same diseases and so on.... is just STUPID ! :))
