  5.  @KaribeCuebas  No I was referring to the Rudi Giuliani conspiracy theory that allegedly has texts, emails and photographs to back it up. Allegedly. Even if it was shown to be true in its entirety I still wouldn’t think it would be appropriate or in the public interest to bring Joe up on charges although in that hypothetical situation technically it would be possible

  6. @Supernintendo Chalmers it’s a matter of dispute as to whether the allegations are unsubstantiated and whether they’re just lies or not. That hasn’t been settled yet. In the past five days parts of the claims have been corroborated by others
