  5.  @JackieT14  I think Trump does actually care about his country and the people in it and obviously did not bring the democratic process to it’s knees. He is a bit narcissistic but I think in a good way. He’s also funny in a self deprecating kind of way at times. He does give a crap about the American people, if he didn’t he’d have never have run for President. He had to ask himself how he could get to be in a position to help the American people and if you don’t like how he did it you’d perhaps think he preyed on the vulnerable if you believe what comes out of RTE and BBC and the likes of the Eamon Dunphys of this world.

  6.  @JackieT14  yep the Republican Party wasn’t doing any of its followers any favours. I can agree with you on that. Hopefully Trump’s lasting legacy will be to change that. The odds are stacked against him and he’s ever so an unlikely savior but you can’t always get what you want

  9. I didn’t hear the Washington Post mentioned. It was the New York Post that got kicked off Twitter for breaking the Hunter Biden story. Hard to hear David trying to pretend it was irrelevant when there’s been surveys done showing what % of Biden voters would have reconsidered if they’d heard about it before the election. Can’t remember the exact figure now but it was enough to make all the difference. The other thing tries to do is now pretend it was a scandal involving the Presidents son when quite clearly Joe was implicated.
