  2. There’s like 40 years worth of footage of Biden speaking in Office. All of a sudden, when he gets elected as President at close to 80yrs of age he’s got a life long stutter that he’s dealing with and not that his capability has diminished with age? 🤔 Both things can be true. He had a life long stutter and also he’s an enfeebled old man.
