  1. I don’t think any conservative minded person would be too excited about Republicans taking control of the House. For a start it’s more likely than not that they won’t do anything substantial. Most of them will probably go out of their way not to. It’s not necessarily just that they will prevent Democrats from doing anything to help the country (which they probably would) but more that they’d be in a better position to stop Democrats from destroying the country. (Remember last year when inflation was only going to be ‘transitory’ if Democrats pressed their agenda?) Different story now. Also, don’t let David fool you. It ought not to be an investigation into Hunter Biden. It really ought to be correctly framed as an investigation into Joe Biden. Maybe David’s privy to some sweet background dealing that’s already been done. Like anyone should expect. But it’s not Hunter that should be the focus of any investigations, it’s Joe. David’s going to try and make out that it’s all about Hunter in the future and that has nothing to do with Joe. As if!
