If Putin would even dare to make a move like that it’ll be another year at least until he does. And that won’t be a good move for him. Be interesting to see see if the US will act to force his hand in between time..

Sounds like you’re fairly close to Russia’s stated ambitions. Reasonable.

@YvetteB. Russia can’t win by invading Ukraine either

That would also require training personnel to operate those vehicles and how to make best use of those vehicles correctly. Plus keeping them supplied with fuel and whatnot. Maintenance and parts or whatnot. I think Ukraine would be able to hold its own against Russia, even more so if they got any backing. I doubt Russia had the strength to achieve an operational victory and I think they know that themselves too. I also think this is the US under renewed leadership posturing and bullying now. Again. And if the US pushes too hard Russia will respond as best it can

@piotrtrebisz6602 Well, where do you live now? I’d say most of that is true about the mentality of ordinary Russians. Would you also have a viewpoint on the mentality of ordinary Americans?

I don’t know how you can cheer that on. Actually I do know and it’s frustrating 🤦♂️

@LucasJasche Oh, a conflict on Twitter? What sort of a world do you live in?

Fives5555 1 Wasn’t Biden Obama’s point man on Ukraine for most of 2008-2016? Remember back when his family coincidentally made all that 💰

@piotrtrebisz6602 And who was it in the American government that thought it was a good idea to leave all that equipment to poor old Asraf? And why? And why did they turn out to be wrong? Maybe, just maybe, even an idiot would start to think to look for some responsibility there? Do you know who wouldn’t think to ask themselves that? Someone who it never occurs to themselves to elevate themselves to idiot status

What do you reckon the ratio is between all the people Putin has killed during his time in power and all the people the US has killed during that exact same period of time? That’s anybody’s guess but I think we can all make a more or less estimate

It was all quiet on the Eastern front for about four years there. Who’s scooping who?

@thefutureisnowoldman7653 What nation had the US agreed to defend got invaded under Trump’s Presidency? As far as I know the conflict between Russia and Ukraine got hot while Joe Biden was Vice President and he was supposedly in charge of policy there. Then it went quiet and not much happened after 2016. And now things are heating up again. Shaping up for violence around this time next year maybe?

It might just be the other way about. The Biden administration is brilliant at bringing forth chaos and Putin is lumped with being the one to stand up to it. Either way, it’s not going to work out too well for Putin from the looks of it
