  1. When did the Democrat Party ever stand on principle before? When they were enacting Jim Crow laws in the south? I thought they’d left those days behind them. I think you’ll find the Republican Party has responded to changing values by moving more towards the center. I don’t see any basis in fact in what you said. How on earth are Democrats today more right wing now than they were decades ago? Just as crooked as they ever were, yes. More fascistic than they ever were?? If that’s what you mean by right wing then yes too!
