  3. No, it’ll leave it up to individual States to decide. Some will probably criminalize the person executing abortions not the woman having them. Also, what percentage of abortions currently preformed in the US do you imagine are from pregnancies that resulted from rape or incest? Would it even be 2%? Would it even be 0.5%?

See how David says one thing as doesn’t acknowledge it’s part of a multi pronged, graduated, stepped attack to upset the rule of law

  10. Well, if you were going to get a job working for the Supreme Court wouldn’t you expect it to be part of your contract that you’re not allowed to broadcast internal documents to all and sundry? The documents themselves might not be classified as officially confidential but wouldn’t it be true for almost all organizations to have a stipulation about not sharing secrets that employees have to sign? That the documents weren’t confidential does not necessarily mean that a crime of some sort was not committed. I think. Have I got that right? I honestly don’t know but that’s what I assume.
