@camelemoji2918 no trying to get in EU costs Ukraine its freedom. EU guarantee is only worthwhile if EU is willing to sacrifice people and economy to defend its members (or would be members) EU wont since its not a military or political union in the first place,just a common market. Case in point;Germany raised its own military budget by 100 billion after Ukrainian war but only send belated half hearted support to prospective EU member Ukraine,and before the war Germany actively pursue diplomacy with Russia using ostpolitik. I dont get what freedom or guarantee you are talking about here.
