  1. The fix is very easy. Just ban Al Qaeda from entering Afghanistan and open investment venue from the west while still maintaining their version of sharia law kinda like Saudi Arabia. The fact that Taliban keep refusing to do this (while willingly banning ETIM from using their land as invasion point to China) is perplexing
