  3. I looked it up. Kimchi is fermented Cabbage... sooooooooooooooo basically Sauerkraut with different spices. šŸ¤¢ I'll just stick to my German Sauerkraut... thank you very much.

  4. You're right... actually Sauerkraut is very healthy for the Gut. Its a known fact. Just get the good stuff or make it yourself. I bought some, in New Mexico, on my last trip to America and it was terrible. Buy the imported stuff.

  9. Ā @MikeM-h9kĀ  I agree... capsule form is a joke. As to Kimchi... what good is it if you can't stomach the taste. You can also make your own Sauerkraut... its easy if you have the time.
