  2.  @hughdahand5711  My external HDD failed after only 5 years... I have an internal HDD retired after 15 years, but still good. I also have DVD+RW from my WindowXP days... 2001? .... that work just fine on Linux. I'm sure he just misspoke.... it happens. LOL
