Years ago here in Martinsburg West Virginia, and ex-husband waited for his wife to go a feed shop, where she frequented to go buy plants in the summertime. He waited for her. And when she got there he walked up to her car window and shot her through the window in the head and killed her. All the people that worked at the store saw it everyone in the parking lot. It was horrific. And it still is horrific. And the families pay the price. Yeah the man went to jail. But that doesn't bring the person back
