  2. Jillian, I agree with you. However they weren't just underprepared. They undercut the California people by a landslide. Hiring fire chiefs based on dei, cutting other firefighters cutting water directing water out of California.. and a long list of other atrocities for people who are leaders. Heinous just heinous
