  1. I'm sure the good doctor will answer you but I used to have an essential oil diffuser in my vehicle. And when I needed to stay awake late at night driving home I would put peppermint oil in it and when I needed to be calm I will put lavender oil in it. Driving on highways is stressful so my best suggestion is to move to a place and get a job where you don't have to do that because that's what I did
