The phone calls. And they knew it was their last. And then the people who fought. The bravery. I still can't think of it without crying

I had bid on and won a small job for construction at the Pentagon. My boyfriend the fruit juice and crew were at a hotel across the street waiting for or that they were going to be able to get in It's a lot of paperwork they needed badges stuff like that so they were at their hotel (outside) when the plane hit and it threw them to the ground. I had a friend of lieutenant Colonel a black female officer who was supposed to have been there and she wasn't. Two friends named Robert and Martin both worked in the buildings, they both made it. And Robert said thousands people were walking across the bridge to try to find their way home and everyone walked in silence He said it was so eerie like nothing you could imagine. My friend Kat, wasn't building one on the bottom floor where she had worked for a long time and she had been through the previous bombing there. When the plane hit she started to get up and move and try to get out of the building (Kat weighed over 500 lb and was disabled.) Other people then firefighters helped her make it outside and away from the building before the rest of it came crashing down. It took her 3 days to walk home to Manhattan, And she went from fire station to fire station to stop to get food and water. More firefighters died that day then in the rest of the history so far of deaths of firefighters in New York City. And Bush stood up and became a real president that day. And the sound of no planes flying overhead for 2 weeks was incredibly strange. But the way people came together was incredibly good. One nation under God. I pray for God to let us have that back, Even though most people have forgotten God he didn't forget us then and he hasn't forgotten us now. I worked at a satellite company at this time and I mean we put satellites in the air for the military and we had live feeds everywhere including New York City and I saw this happen live on a giant screen right over my desk. Because that's where one of the satellites pointed. Me and all my co-workers kind of fell down and cried. And then we prayed.
