  8. Optimal cooking? I'm sorry Brian. I don't know how you're spending your millions or how you made it, but I don't think it was in nutrition. For a young man you look terrible. Your skin tone is terrible and you look like death warmed over and I'm not being mean. I'm telling you what I see and I would not take your advice just because of these things. If I had private chefs to figure out menus for me that are very healthy yeah that would be great but I don't. I do like a recipe I saw of yours. That's a sweet potato with avocado, mash with lemon and lime, some roasted chickpeas and some other things. But you can look at a person and see whether they're healthy or not most of the time. I mean I have disabilities that are unseen but my friend I looked 10 times better than you do.
