If you watch a couple of his other videos he tells you how to learn to celebrate yourself, which I never heard of before until I heard him say it and to do one tiny thing at a time and then celebrate yourself and I'm going with that. I'm thinking we can't do everything all at once and it's like baby steps but that's okay. So if you set up in bed, celebrate that. And if you're able to get up and get dressed inside yourself, you know be your own cheerleader, and then if you come downstairs and you put peanut butter on a piece of toast and you ate it for breakfast, that's a big celebration. And none of that is silly. It's really brilliant. He's a brilliant guy. He is really helping. And so what I meant to say is watch his videos the recent ones and pick out the ones that the speak to you. And I am writing things down in a journal book to remember and maybe you can do the same thing. In any case, good luck and we can do it. We can feel better.

I started watching you just a few days ago and it was somehow by the grace of God you popped up in my viewing feed but, strangely enough the algorithm is not bringing you back to my recommended things. So I'm not sure why that is but I am seeking you out. I watched three of your videos and they all helped me tremendously and then this morning I got up and once again I feel like I'm worthless piece of crap but I'm going to watch your morning routine video. It's so on again off again. Intrusive thoughts and what I want to tell you is. I'm so glad that you're on YouTube. There are no good therapists in my area. There's just really not. I went to a couple and it was ridiculous joke, You obviously actually have been through things and you love what you're doing and your skill at it. And you want to help people who suffer from depression and all the chronic things that go along with it. I'm chronically critical. I have CPTSD. No one wants a list of the things I've been through. They've been through their own. My stress level is very high and yada yada. So at least now I have you to turn to Dr. Scott when I need to and a friend of mine said but that's only one way therapy and I said ,". Let me tell you something, one way is better than no way." Something very traumatic was going on yesterday and I had watched two of your videos and I made it through everything with a sense of calm. I know this is long. Sorry. I watched a video where you said to celebrate ourselves and I had no idea what you were talking about and I'm 63 years old. And no, I never heard that before. Nobody ever taught me that my parents never taught me a darn thing. They were busy too busy. Just say anything helpful ever😢 and after I heard you say that I tried it several times this morning. I can't get myself to do it but I will and I guess I can celebrate just that no one that I'm going to get there sometime this morning. So anyway thank you. You really help I hope and I'm going to pray that the YouTube algorithms change to send you to hundreds of thousands of people because we desperately need you and what you said about you can't fit anymore people in your practice. So you're doing this while? That is a very selfless loving and wonderful thing and thank you very much.

Wow. Nearly 20 to 25 years of major depression and this is the first guy really helping me. And all of these physical ailments I had no idea were coming from depression and anxiety. I'd like to really thank you Dr. Scott for pointing these out because no one else ever has. You're precious!.
