  1. Kyle, I mix wild bird seed in with my layer feed and scratch! And production jumped! Our old hens we had 2 years ago, we'd get 13 to 14 eggs a day from 12 Red Rangers! Now we have 6 RIR and get from 6 to 8 a day!😊 Ours are free ranged during the fall after the garden is harvested to spring! We don't get a ton of snow like you do! We moved from Bemidji to Washington state! You're bringing back some great memories!!!

  2. Speaking of late snow! 50 years ago, on the 12th of April, we had a blizzard drop 2 feet of snow 2 days before our wedding! It was a crazy year!!
