@HistoryHustle he was the founding father of this country. He fought against colonialism and fought against forced labour done by the colonials, and brought the nation to international recognition.

@mlglolxd5371 well all what he took the decisions was for the sake of the honor and integrity of this nation and what he felt was needed for this nation at that time. U wouldnt understand hes decision back then because the prespectives u have seen is from the current point of view, not from that era. Regarding NASAKOM, you had to understand why he proposed that ideology during that time, the people was reluctant for a social reform urging people to strive and fight against colonialism and to proclaim that power of the people and social equality was neccesary as a new formed country, and that succeeded by the 5th principle of Pancasila today saying "social justice" is part of Nasakom's socialist ideology. As a founding father, Soekarno deserves the position and title which bears and echoes by hes name, which is "pahlawan negara". I cant change your views, maybe because u have been indoctrinized by the new order's propaganda which is full of lies and mischief
