  2.  @varunchandra1  totally agree with you. One of the examples is the Indonesian Army Chief of Staff, General Andika Perkasa. He is a 4 star general but has excellent body shape, hence he is healthy. That "unwritten" rule also applies to Indonesian generals, very few are obese and the ones who old strategical offices, have good shape 👍🏼
