  2.  @JerrySo-rd8bf  i know, but everyone knows he represents CHINA because he is the foreign minister of CHINA, but how would international viewers and reporters would understand if he dont answer in english?!

  3.  @JerrySo-rd8bf  no they dont... mostly speak english, but still represent their own country,, it shows the ability in understanding and knowing foreign languages, thus the name is "foreign" minister...
