3D printers don't work so well without electricity. If you want to be a real pimp, learn how to make guns from scratch the way they did it in 1776.

@morpheusgreene2704 I have an electric melting furnace and an oxygen propane torch setup, but I'd be screwed without electricity and gas refills. I'm just saying we can't assume that all our technology will always be readily available. I think the Amish kind of had the right idea.

@morpheusgreene2704 Yeah, I've heard of a manual. I'm a mechanic. Not everything can be fixed. That's why parts stores exist. Good luck recreating all the plastic and metal parts that will eventually break or rust on a generator. Without the ability to melt metal and pour it into a mold, humans will be back in the stone age very quickly.

@morpheusgreene2704 What happens when the generator breaks and you can't buy replacement parts because there's no internet or electricity? We need to keep metalsmithing alive in case of total supply chain breakdown.
