Just look at all the progress Newsom has made in making everyone dumb enough to still be living in California homeless. It sure is a good thing he wasn't recalled.

@timthetoolpool California already has a version of that. If you live in a place in California that has drinkable water you can go screw yourself, because they built the cities in places that don't and they'll just take it from you.
