  2. @TwitchySkitch  and yet, I have had the exact opposite of your experience. even beyond ob/gyn. in all the specialty physicians I have been through (I'm a physical wreck) women doctors have been far and away more empathetic and patient oriented. they spend more time listening to me as well as investigating current modes of treatment for my myriad health challenges. anecdotal, but I believe it is borne out statistically. women are just better doctors.
