when it comes down to it I think the real losers here are big internet sites like google youtube and facebook each will have to pay more money for the amount of data they use from ISP... I interested to see the real effects of this. I can see some bigger web sites starting to use more ads or coming up with ways to charge for use of their site. Honestly I don't understand all this very well and I would like to know more before I make to many comments. I think ISPs have enough money as is and customers are paying for all the internet not for pieces of it. I don't know ill wait and see.
