@voidtempering8700 yep 250,000 vs 140,000 money making thugs that can easily be replaced. Remember that time the Mexican military actually back off the cartel and let Guzmans son go because they had to much firepower? That 250,000 isn’t ready to take on a deeply imbedded super wealthy machine like the Cartel even if they only have 140,000 they’re still more effective fighters on the streets.
