No families are created from this, more people become confused about their role in life, men are weakened, vanity is spread and all of it just for the need for pleasure. If you need these things because you medical condition and without it you'll be sick fine do it honestly though ive read a bit about it and from what ive seen they are recommending the exact opposite of what your doing to yourself and with treatments some people with your condition can have kids. I dont think anyone really needs this though and i believe its doing the exact opposite of making them feel better.
