I don’t think Russia has laid down the hammer yet, because if they did there would be bodies everywhere. Just doesn’t look serious yet for the numbers of Russian troops that were deployed. I think Putin is holding back from committing troops completely seeing what he can get for negotiations first. I’m amazed by defense Ukraine has put up and the utter confusion the Russian troops seem to have…. Their morale looks like garbage to me.

@tom7471 last ten years the army has been upgraded not degraded. after Georgia they cut size of army and upgraded equipment. We’ll see how things go the next few weeks should be very interesting.
