  40. @ the real problem is getting one started especially in a country full of people making assumptions about nuclear power like you assuming they cost more to maintain and run when they DO NOT cost more than other power sources. Most the money is in getting the plant started especially considering these plants could be operating 100 years. We have one in the US now that Is expected to reapply its license to 80 years. From 55 it’s at now.
