  1. I tried smoking for awhile 1/2 year. It was really nice talking to people on tobacco…. Then I power hit a rolled native spirit and ending up puking for 7 hours grainy bile burning my throat half the time. I can’t even be around tobacco anymore or I’ll get sick… it’s nice not being tempted but jeez that was painful and wish I didn’t get so nauseous just from friends smoking next to me. I feel like a jerk asking them to keep smoke away from me being so sensitive to it.

  4. Yes you need a physical exercise you can do maybe to understand where you body is and clear your mind maybe?? If your lonely get a dog a cute one take him outside on walks and let the ladies come to you.
