  1. We dont have same people as either of those countries what works for them may not work for us... think of how much care some lazy people need in US. I dont think medical care is a right. Its your body take care of it... why should healthly people cover costs of lazy unhealthy uncaring people that dont take care of themselves. Ill cover costs for accidents or kids but if your a adult and they jacked their body up being lazy or stupid then i dont care about them they can fix it themselves.
