  1. @Falorie this happens a lot in places people don’t want to get involved and sometimes are in shock from what they’re seeing. I got in car accident once had lady come out on Highway In front Of me and for maybe one second I was in shock or just couldn’t believe she was coming out onto the road…. Honestly though I’m amazed how often I see people just pulling out camera or standing around rather than helping someone out when In dangerous situation especially between men and women. Most want nothing to do with something they think may be just a relationship having another dispute.
