  2.  @DaybreakPT  dont call me son and how you gonna deal with lack of correct gravity?.... have you even seen what low gravity does to a human? Or worse a developing fetus? We cant live on Mars unless you can somehow double the gravity on the surface. All we can really ever do is visit there for short time before our bodies become to stressed and forget about having children there unless you want your kid come out looking like a blob of flesh. Its dumb to think we can settle mars because if you dont have right gravity its just not possible. Your better off with Venus if you can clear the air there.

  6.  @BlGGESTBROTHER  i think the real drive is to set up base to look for life. Its a huge obssession of many to prove life exists beyond earth and mars is the easiest place to look now.

And the fetus it would be dead after about one month. These are guesses but bone loss is about 1% per month added in with blood flow issues and muscle loss i doubt anyone make it 3 years on mars before their kaput.

  9.  @TT-Freak  theirs no easy way to deal with gravity i say just go to Venus. I believe in power of people i do but right now we understand gravity so little and i dont see any decent ideas to deal with...i saw some want to Alter DNA to suit Mars and thats the dumbest thing i ever heard
