Hes going to be toppled and killed i would guess.  To many are going to turn against him i think because his desperate moves using air force causing to much collateral damage.  Also the brainwashing going on in refugee camps where people wrongly will blame everything on him.  Assad may still have his supporters but hes surrounded by enemies turkey, isreal, Saudi Arabia, and isis.  I think Assad's government will meet its end before isis.  Isis doesn't have to hold its cities in Iraq right it can simply move west into syria.
