Can you climb a 100 ft tree with chainsaws attached to you then cut it apart while lowering everything heavy with ropes??? It’s bad enough trying your buy a house deal with the government but to not own the land beneath that house is completely crazy to me I’ve always hated the idea of it and don’t have a lot of respect for the greedy seller or the foolish buyer making shady deals like this. I call buying a house on land you don’t own “setting yourself up for failure” You may as well rent and let them deal with the house if they can’t even sell you the land it’s on like Fing crooks. Seriously whoever thought of the idea is a crook and whomever bought into it is a fool.
