  1. I’ve seen so much shady stuff from builders they’re always looking for an angle to catch you in a trap. 1. They’ll try to pressure you into overpaying for crappy work this happens to woman and elderly a lot 2. They’ll lie about working and do basically nothing all day 3. They’ll take money for supplies and buy themselves dinner. Be careful there’s alot of good builders but a lot of shady ones too
