  2. I know but its what half their gdp was based on and almost all their export revenue. Check pdvsa and their track record its sad.... they were so busy using the company for political reasons they fired all alot of the good management and failed to invest in upgrading equipment... now their productiin is lower than ever and they dont even process alot of the oil thry have because refineries are not in working condition there. China and Russia have been making loans to keep maduro in power but in recent years China has cut back... even they see the writing on the wall and it says "maduro is a fool"
